Julia Bayless is a Senior Director with the Miller Public Affairs Group.  Julia is well-versed in navigating California's complex political landscape, bringing a broad range of public affairs and legislative experience across a variety of issue areas and a knack for crisis communications to the Miller Public Affairs Group team.

 

Before joining Miller Public Affairs Group, Julia was a public information officer at the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, where she promoted statewide emergency preparedness and tackled crisis communications in the agency’s comms shop. Prior to that, she helped lead strategic communications at Lucas Public Affairs and served as a legislative aide in the California State Assembly.
