Before launching Biller Communications, Jessica served as Vice President at Lucas Public Affairs and Porter Novelli Sacramento. She was named one of California’s “Ones to Watch” by Capitol Weekly and one of PR News’ “15 to Watch.” Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
